Excellent and easy to use. Great product,!
It did work at some point. Currently not working anymore. Wanted to use it after a long time and couldn't. Re-installed the app and tried to log in but it just would not log me in. I changed my password, same result. I tried to use another phone and create a new account and stil same issue. Stress level : 10x what it was before trying to de-stress. And by the way, why do I need an account at all?
Effective product. Works great.
I purchased the Touchpoints in November and the app has never worked.
Doesn't work with TouchPoints Basic. Would have been nice to have had that explained prior.
terribly designed for basic users that just want to register for the warranty
Disappointed again. I sent one back twice that didn't work. Now the latest one they returned won't connect. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
Not helpful
Received my TP originals yesterday. I can already tell I would have been better off with the basics. 1. Why is there no timer??? "Let the batteries die or turn off manually" is not acceptable when one has to pay $90 more for the ones that are SUPPOSED to have better features. I can't believe there is no continued connectivity when my phone goes to sleep. It's not a difficult concept. 2. Ironically, my TPs arrived the same night a 100ft oak tree fell on my house. In fact I only remembered they were in my mailbox after I had spent two hours dealing with that mess. Not that I was expecting miracles, but they did little for my stress nor did they help me fall asleep. This week will be the true test of TPs value as I begin the cleanup process of a damaged home. But come on, folks... Make your AP worth the money! EDIT: ended up sending a message and wanted to share my frustrations here in case anyone thinks to check the reviews before purchasing. I still stand by the statement that the app is worthless and nobody should waste the money on the originals. But I also have an issue with the basic design of the devices. I carry them with me to use in moments of crisis (still not convinced they work, but they don't hurt); however, because some genius decided to make the power buttons prominently positioned on the face of the devices, jostling while in their bag invariably turns them on, which then leaves them dead when I want to use them. Don't waste your money until the issues are actually addressed, and stick with the basics. The ability to tweak settings on the AP is not worth the inconvenience of having to use the phone to simply start the devices.
Okay so this is my review on Round 2 of Touch points. The first pair I had had an issue with the battery - after being told to "quickly unplug and plug it in" I was a bit skeptical about the technical skill of the staff. Anyways, it took over a month to get my replacement ones and after a month of no updates I see that they made some changes so it would be another month before they arrived. So round two has arrived and the battery lasts longer but still is not what they advertised. I use them for about 15-30 mins per day and last maybe 2-3 days without a recharge. The changes made to the app are nice, I can see the battery and know before it dies randomly. The functionality of the devices work well in terms of bringing down my anxiety and helping with cravings. I no longer use the sleep function as the update to try app seems to have displaced or removed the sleep timer - which made me disappointed. The devices also sometimes loses connection and cannot reestablish when the battery is on the low side and it's hard to turn them off when this happens - they will just buzz until they die or finally I push the power button enough that they turn off. Pros: they do help with stress and anxiety Cons: the battery of the devices do not last long, the pre-set timer is MIA, and questionable technical skill with the personnel providing troubleshooting advice
